Knowlege to perform an official control of foodstuffs of animal origin, animal feed and sub-products, register of livestock, pharmacovigilance and animal welfare.
The student at the end of the course must be able to apply the knowledge gained in vocational activities related to food safety in relation to food of animal origin.
