At the end of the course the students will be able to understand the specific features of the process of nursing applied to the child with health problems; the differences between paediatric nursing and adult nursing; the role of family in the nursing care of children.Upon completion of the course the students will also be able to implement the most common paediatric nursing procedures using an atraumatic approach and the appropriate relationship, according to to the developing stage of each child.Also, the students will be able to identify the nursing care priorities of a child affected by the most common clinical conditions
