The aim of this course is to make known the etiological agents of the most important infections of humans, with particular attention to the pathogenicity mechanisms, the diagnositic and therapeutic principles, the problems, the present procedures and the most promising developments for vaccine preparation, the possible employ of bacteria, yeasts and viruses in various research fields.
