Transcriptional regulation in eukariotes. Determination of the transcription initiation site. Most common elements on DNA and transcriptional factor. MT gene structure. Structural protein motif for DNA interaction. Nuclear receptors for lipophylic hormons. HF1 factor. EMT transition: transcriptional factors.
Chromatin and histonic code. RNA pol. I and III. tRNA maturation. Apoptosis:apoptotic and anti-apoptotic genes, intrinsecal and extrinsecal pathway. Apoptosis experimental evaluation. Apoptosis and tumorigenesis (oncogenes and onco-suppressors involved in apoptosis). p53 and tumors. Muscular differentiation. Splicing, alternative and aberrant splicing. The CRISPR tecnique.
