Course Content
After completing the course, the student will have acquired knowledge on major diseases of medical / surgical specialist interest describing the fundamental aspects of the main pathologies in field hematology, rheumatology, gynecology and urology in the program, in relation to different clinical care pathways.

Learning Objectives
At the end of the module, the student will, through the use of nursing methodology and critical thinking, identify phenomena / nursing problems related to the major medical / surgical specialist, family and community pathologies; possess and use deductive hypothetical diagnostic reasoning, assistive planning, monitoring and evaluation of the entire process, in relation to the theoretical model and / or the accredited reference classification, to adopt and manage strategies / care choices appropriate to the assumption of person with medical problems and specialized surgery.
