Learning Objectives
At the end of the module the student will be able to:
- argue the nursing professional exercise at the light of current legislation, both in order deontological and legal
- identify general skills from advanced or specialized skills in the light of regulations
in particular with regard to professional accreditation, the ECM system, certification of the skills deriving from the professional experience compared to those obtained for the qualifications obtained
- to disclose the responsibilities and commitments declared by the profession in its Deontological Code,
with particular reference to certain settings (intensive care, hospice)
to analyze ethical and ethical responsibilities arising from the management of nursing-nursing processes in settings of general character

At the end of the module the student will be able to:- Argue the nursing profession in accordance with ethical and legal rules- Identify the generalist skills from advanced or specialized, according to the current legislation, referring professional accreditation, ECM system, certification of practical skills.- Argue the responsibilities and commitments declared by professional code of ethics, referring some particular settings (intensive care, hospice care), analyze ethical and professional responsibilities relating to administration of the nursing process.

At the end of the module the student will be able to argue the exercise professional nursing in the light of existing legislation, both ethical and legal order, identify the generalist skills to be advanced or specialized ones in the light of existing legislation, with particular reference to accreditation professional, the ECM system, the certification of professional skills from the operation than those acquired by degrees obtained - argue the responsibilities and commitments made by the profession in its own Code of Ethics, with particular reference to some setting (intensive care, hospice care)
