Learning Objectives
-Knowledge and understanding: The main goal is to provide knowledge about the basic concepts in the field of Psychology. Particular attention will be given to the study of cognitive and emotional processes and their relevance in the field of human resources.
-Applying knowledge and understanding: To provide the core competencies needed to read and understand a research paper -project in the field.
-Communication skills: To develop the ability to make a communication on the topics covered in the course.

Teaching Methods
The lecturer will utilize PowerPoint presentations and videos during classes. There will be interactive discussions, practical demonstrations in class time and the possibility to take part to experiments.

written and oral examination.

-Communication skills: In the final examination students will be requested to present a research study on the topics covered in the course.
