Development and features of monolconal antibodies, immunoenzymatic assays, description of flow cytometric instrument and its application to investigate cell functions, procedures for cell separation, procedures for cell transfection (transient or stable), animal models of diseases.

Learning Objectives
After completing the course, the student will improve his knowledge on: monoclonal antibodies, immune-enzymatic assay, flow cytometry, cell separation approaches, cell transfection and viral infection, mouse models of different kind of pathologies.
